Nadim Khalaf
Nadim S. Khalaf is Managing Principal of BCC Partners, LLC, where he oversees all operations of the firm. In that capacity, Mr. Khalaf’s primary focus is private placements, capital-raising and related transactions.
Mr. Khalaf has extensive experience in private and public markets. Prior to joining BCC, Mr. Khalaf established and operated Financial Concierge; a company involved in private placements and capital-raising transactions and consulting for high-net worth individuals. In addition, as co-founder of Compass International, a venture capital-backed technology company, Mr. Khalaf successfully managed many successful private placements and initial public offerings.
Mr. Khalaf was previously the Vice President and head of Private Wealth Management for PMB Securities. Prior to his tenure at PMB, Mr. Khalaf was a Senior Vice President in charge of business development and marketing for Bank Audi where he was solely responsible for opening new markets and introducing and implementing new banking products. In addition, he previously served as a successful investment consultant with such firms as Swiss Bank Private Banking, Morgan Stanley, and Merrill Lynch.
Mr. Khalaf is very active with non-profit and professional communities having served as past board member and president of the ACBL District 22 and as a member of many California and National Professional Groups.
Mr. Khalaf holds B.A. in Finance from the University of Texas as well as the Series 7, 24, and 66 NASD/SEC licenses. Mr. Khalaf also holds a Ca Real Estate Broker License.
